Which leathers and materials can you use?
Almost any. As an Italian leather bag manufacturer we work mostly in leather, but canvas and technical fabrics are just as common in our workshops. LWG-certified leathers, recycled polyester, organic cotton canvas, and other lower-impact alternatives are available on request. How long does bag production take?
A first prototype takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the structure. A second prototype, if the shape needs it, takes 1–3 weeks, and production 3–5 weeks. Most delays come from changes after the sample is approved, so we lock every comment in writing before production starts. Structured bags with metal frames or custom hardware can take longer.

Zamak or brass: which bag hardware is right for you?
Buckles, rings, clasps, and zip pulls come in two metals. Both are good choices: they differ in weight, cost, and finish, and we choose them with you for each bag.
D-rings and rings that carry the weight of the bag are welded, so they don't open under load.

What affects the price and the development cost of a bag?
Leather, structure, and hardware decide most of the price per piece. Development is quoted with your project as a multiple of that price, so you know the cost of each step before you start.

Production is checked against the sample you approved, at the stages where a problem is cheapest to fix. Your project manager shares what the checks find before the bags leave the workshop.
