01Corporate uniforms

Corporate uniforms made in Italy

A uniform is the first thing a guest or a customer sees. We make corporate uniforms for hospitality and retail teams, designed with your brand and produced in Italy in fabrics that keep their look after many washes.

Every uniform is a custom garment: fit, fabric, colour, and logo are developed with you on a prototype, then reordered as your team grows.

Uniforms are part of the guest experience, so we plan them with the same care as the rest of your brand: fabric, colour, fit, and the way the logo is applied.

04Minimum and prices

What is the minimum order for custom logo apparel?

Minimum order: typically 40–50 pieces per item, across sizes. Every garment is evaluated on its own, by fabric, logo technique, and finishing. A uniform with custom fabric, fit, and details costs more than a logo t-shirt. Indicative price per piece:

  • Everyday €30–80 per piece · 40–50 pieces
    • Premium t-shirts
    • Premium polos
  • Premium €80–150 per piece · 40–50 pieces
    • Premium sweatshirts
    • Knitwear
  • Luxury €150+ per piece · 40–50 pieces
    • Cashmere

Under €30: basic caps and socks. Indicative prices per piece, based on our 2025 price list, for typically 40–50 pieces per item. Your final price depends on fabric, logo technique, quantities, and finishing. Uniforms are quoted on your specifications.

05Timing

How long does branded apparel take?

A custom garment takes 2–5 weeks for the prototype and 3–6 weeks for production. For classic t-shirts there's also a fast route: a classic cut from a proven pattern, in stock colours, with your logo, made to order in about 2 weeks. Reorders of an approved garment skip the prototype.

07Logo technique

Which logo technique for workwear and team apparel?

The right technique depends on the garment, on how often it is washed, and on how visible the brand should be. We test it on a prototype in your fabric before production.

When in doubt, embroidery is the safer choice for uniforms that are worn every day.

  • EmbroideryThe most durable logo for uniforms and polos, and the most premium look on knitwear and caps.
  • Tone-on-tone embroideryThe logo in the same colour as the garment, for discreet hospitality uniforms.
  • Screen printingLarger logos and graphics on t-shirts and sweatshirts for events and campaigns.
  • Woven labels and namesA woven label on the hem or the neck, and names or initials for each person.

FAQQuestions

Custom branded apparel FAQ

What is the minimum order for custom logo apparel?

Typically 40–50 pieces per item, across sizes. For classic t-shirts there's also a fast route: a classic cut from a proven pattern, in stock colours, with your logo, made to order in about 2 weeks. Every garment is evaluated on its own. You can also order a prototype on its own, without committing to production.

Do you make uniforms for hotels and restaurants?

Yes. We make uniforms for dining room, reception, and spa, plus aprons and staff outerwear, in fabrics chosen for daily wear and frequent washing. We plan the sizes by department and keep the patterns on file for reorders. Each department can have its own garments and colours, under one brand language.

How do reorders work?

Once a garment is approved, we keep the pattern, the fabric, and the logo specifications on file. A reorder skips the prototype and goes straight to production, so new staff and new stores get the same garment in 3–6 weeks.

Embroidery or print for uniforms?

Embroidery lasts longer on uniforms that are washed often, and tone-on-tone embroidery keeps the logo discreet. Screen printing suits larger logos and t-shirts for events. We test the technique on a prototype with your fabric before production.

How do you size a whole team?

We send a size run for each fit, women's and men's, and collect the sizes by department or by person. The garments are then packed with the name or the department on each parcel, ready to hand out.

What is the lead time for branded apparel?

A custom garment takes 2–5 weeks for the prototype and 3–6 weeks for production. Classic t-shirts on the fast route take about 2 weeks. Reorders of an approved garment take 3–6 weeks.

Can you add names or initials to each garment?

Yes. We embroider or print names or initials for each person, and pack every garment with the name or the department on the parcel. It works for uniforms, polos, and knitwear, and for welcome kits for new staff.

Can the apparel match our brand colours?

Yes. We match your brand colours on the fabric, the embroidery thread, and the labels, from your Pantone codes or a physical sample. You approve the colours on the prototype before production.
