FAQQuestions

Branded merchandise FAQ

What is the minimum order for branded merchandise?

Typically 40–50 pieces per item. Every product is evaluated on its own, depending on the material, the logo technique, and the packaging. Tell us the quantities you have in mind and we tell you what works. You can also order a prototype on its own, without committing to production, to show it internally before you decide.

What is the difference between luxury and promotional merchandise?

Promotional products are made to be given away in large numbers at the lowest price. Luxury merchandise is made to be kept: Italian leather, cotton, and canvas, finishing by fashion workshops, and a logo applied with care. It costs more per piece and is ordered in smaller batches, and it is the only kind we make.

How long does event merchandise take?

Plan 5–11 weeks for custom products: 2–6 weeks for the prototype and 3–6 weeks for production, depending on the product. Tell us the event date first, so we can plan backwards from it and deliver to the venue on time.

Which logo application methods do you offer?

On leather: hot stamping, debossing, embossing, foil stamping, and laser engraving. On textiles: embroidery, also tone on tone, screen and digital printing, and woven labels. In metal: engraved plates and custom hardware in zamak or brass. We choose the method with you on a sample.

Do you make merchandise for car, yacht, and real estate brands?

Yes. We have made small leather goods and travel accessories for Pagani Automobili, apparel and lifestyle accessories for Engel & Völkers, and branded washbags for Swan Overshadow. These brands need merchandise that matches the product they sell, and we build it to that standard.

Can you ship merchandise directly to an event?

Yes. We pack the merchandise ready to hand over and deliver it to the venue, in Italy or abroad, with the customs paperwork handled with you. Your project manager tracks the shipment until it arrives. For events abroad, tell us the date and the country early, so customs clearance fits in the plan.
