We pick the Italian shoe factory and district that fit each model, construction and price point, and send you a proposal.

Last, prototype and samples
Last development, first prototype, fit trial, corrections on toe shape and heel, and the pre-production sample you approve. Factory visit on request.
Step 4 · 3–6 weeks
Production and delivery
Quality check on uppers, lasting, soles and finishing before shipping. Payments, shipping and customs handled.

Before you write to us

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our reference is 50 pairs per style, split across sizes. Every model is evaluated on its own, depending on construction and sole type, so some styles can start lower. Larger runs lower the price per pair. We don't make single pairs or bespoke shoes.

How much does it cost to produce shoes in Italy?

It depends on the upper, the construction, the one-off tooling (lasts, heels, sole moulds) and the quantity. Tell us about your project and we come back with a proposal. If you have a target cost, say it up front.

How long does it take?

Last, prototype and samples take 3–6 weeks, production another 3–6 weeks, depending on the model and the construction. Styles with custom heels or sole moulds can take longer.

I don't have a tech pack or a last yet. Can I still start?

Yes. Most of our brands begin from a reference shoe or sketches: our design team draws the collection and the tech pack, and the workshop develops or adapts the last before sampling. If you already have them, we start from yours.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. You can visit the manufacturers in Italy, walk the heel factory and the tannery, and see your production in person. Your project manager organises the visit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Europe, the USA, the UK, the Middle East and Asia, with customs, duties and labelling requirements handled with you.
