Kick-off meeting This is the initial meeting where we align all parties involved, set clear objectives, and establish a timeline for the production process. It's a crucial step to ensure that everyone is on the same page from the start.
Feasible study and technical consultancy We conduct a detailed analysis to determine whether the project is technically viable and identify any potential challenges. Our team provides expert guidance to ensure that the production process can proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Risk assessment & management of all stakeholders involved in the service delivery This step involves identifying potential risks at every stage of the production journey. We create mitigation strategies and ensure that all stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics, are aligned to minimize disruptions.
Monitoring of the entire process until production shipment We continuously track the progress of the production process, overseeing every stage to ensure that everything meets quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations.
Mid-process email update During the production phase, we send regular email updates to inform stakeholders of the current status, highlighting any changes, delays, or progress to keep everyone well-informed.
Feedback meeting At the end of the production process, we hold a feedback meeting to review the completed project, gather insights, and address any issues that may need to be resolved before the final delivery or future collaborations.
